摘要
合理的钻孔布置方式能够提高瓦斯抽放效率、减少工程成本。以万峰矿的地质和瓦斯资料为基础,根据构造曲率的基本原理,结合井下煤体结构观察及部分渗透率测试,得出万峰矿1103工作面构造曲率与渗透率的关系,据此划分出高、中、低渗透区域。根据渗透性大小,对该矿常用的平行钻孔和扇形钻孔进行了设计和对比。对比结果表明:该工作面使用平行钻孔进行瓦斯抽放,既可以提高抽放效率,又能减少工程成本,抽放效果较好。
It can improve gas drainage drilling efficiency and reduce engineering costs by reasonable decorating drilling way.Based on geology and gas data in Wanfeng mine,according to the basic principles of structural curvature,combined with observing underground coal structure and testing part of penetration,the relationships between structure curvature and permeability on 1103 working face in Wanfeng mine were obtained,and high,medium and low permeability zones were divided.According to in different zones,parallel drilling and mine drilling were designed and contrasted.The results show that: it can improve drainage efficiency and reduce the cost of the project by using a parallel hole in the working face,drainage effect is better.
