摘要
双曲线漏斗是煤矿生产系统中煤仓常用放料装置,而保持煤颗粒在漏斗内的流动性是防止其堵塞的关键。在煤质煤种稳定的条件下,漏斗的截面性质决定着煤颗粒的流动性。通过漏斗内煤的受力情况分析得出双曲线漏斗防止堵塞的根本原因是其拥有等截面收缩率的截面性质,由此推导出较为合理的双曲线漏斗工程设计方程、等截面收缩率方程、切线角方程,对相关参数的选取进行了分析,并简要地介绍了双曲线漏斗的设计实例,为今后的工程设计打下基础。
As the usual discharge installation of the coal bunker system,the particle fluidity is the key to resolve blockage of the hyperbola funnel.The property of funnel section determines coal particle fluidity.Through the force analysis of particle within the funnel,hyperbolic funnel anticlogging coal is its own funnel section properties of constant section shrinkage,which derive more reasonable hyperbolic funnel engineering equations,constant sectionshrinkage equation,and tangent angle equation,the selection of related parameters are analyzed.The design examples of hyperbolic funnel are briefly introduced.The certain guiding function are provided for the future engineering design.
