摘要
近年来,随着煤矿文明生产的加强和机械化程度的提高,煤矿井巷掘进作业时小铲车的使用已日渐增加,其方便快捷的性能为快速掘进提供了支撑。小铲车的电能是通过电缆传输的,随着小铲车的前移,电缆也要跟着移动,电缆移动不及时,会导致电缆压坏、拉断而影响生产。因此,自主研发了掘进工作面小铲车电缆自移滑道装置。该装置结构简单、安装方便、实用性强,投入使用后效果良好。
In recent years,with the reinforcement of civilized production and mechanization improvement in coal mines,using of the small forklift has been increasing in the mine roadway excavation operations.Its convenient and efficient performance provided support for the rapid excavation.Small forklift power is transmitted through cable,with a small forklift forward,cables have to follow the movement.The cable does not move in a timely manner,it will result in the cable crushed,pull off,the impact of production.Thus,a small forklift coble slide device at heading faces was independently researched and developed.The device is simple in structure,easy to install,practical,it has good effects after it was used.
