摘要
电力传动特性复杂,导致电机启动过程经常处于过负荷运转,引起电力波动。探讨了变频调速在煤矿掘进机中节能控制中的应用,设计了基于CPLD的软启动变频器,分析了变频器与控制器的接口技术。实践表明,该方法工作可靠,波形良好。
The complicated chararcteristics of power transmission lead to often overload running in the staring process of motors,causing power fluctuations.The application of frequency control in the saving energy control of coal mine entry-driving machines is discussed.The soft starting frequency transformer based on CPLD is designed.The interface technology of frequency transformers and controllers is designed.Practices shows that the way is reliable,has good waveform.
