摘要
带式输送机是煤矿工业生产中非常重要的运输工具,而钢丝绳作为带式输送机的常用部件,其可靠性在很大程度上影响到带式输送机的安全运行,甚至直接影响到煤矿企业的安全生产。采用"电磁变量补偿传感器"、"三位磁感应桥"及"自平衡同步励磁"等无损探伤组合技术,实现与生产运输同步工作运行、全天候无人值守的全自动无损探伤模式,实现对钢丝绳无损在线检测,保证设备的安全运行,避免重大安全生产事故发生,具有重要的经济和社会效益。
Industrial production in the coal belt conveyor is a very important tool of transportation,but as a common component rope belt conveyor,which greatly affected the reliability of the safe operation of the belt conveyor,or even directly affect the coal mining enterprises production safety.Wire rope is used as the common components of mine in industrial production,its reliability affects the safe operation of many production equipment to a large extent,and even a direct impacts on the safety production of the coal mine enteprises.Uses the"electromagnetic variable compensation sensor","the three magnetic induction bridge"a nd "self balancing synchronous" NDT technology,realizing automatic NDT pattern and transporting synchronous operation,all-weather unattended,realizing the nondestructive detection in the line of wire rope and to ensure the safe operation of equipment,avoiding major production safety accidents,so it is important to economic and social benefits.
