黏结剂组分对气化型煤性能影响的研究 被引量:7

摘要 以义马煤为原料煤,禹州煤为配煤,沥青、腐殖酸钠、膨润土为黏结剂制备气化型煤,采用正交试验法探讨了黏结剂各组分对型煤冷压强度、热强度、防水性等性能的影响规律,并对比分析了各黏结剂对型煤性能的影响程度和主次关系。研究表明:腐殖酸钠是影响气化型煤性能的最主要因子,其次依次是沥青、配煤比及膨润土。研究优化出气化型煤的最佳配比为:腐殖酸钠6%,膨润土2%,沥青6%,配煤比为8:2。 Briquettes for gasification were prepared with Yima coal as raw coal,Yuzhou coal as coal blending and with pitch,humic acid sodium and bentonite as blender.Orthogonal test was applied to characterize the influence of composite of blender on intensity of cold pressing,heating status and waterproof.The influence degree of each cementing agent on briquette and their primary and secondary relations were also discussed.We can conclude that humic acid sodium is the main factor which affects the performances most,then comes the pitch,coal blending and bentonite.Optimum proportion of briquette for gasification in this research is 6% of humic acid sodium,2% of bentonite,6% of pitch and8:2 as the ratio of coal blending.
