Study of Coal Gasification System Based on ASPEN PLUS Platform

传统燃煤利用方式不仅造成煤热能利用效率低下,也使环境受到极大的破坏。煤气化是实现煤清洁和合理化利用的关键技术。目前多利用ASPEN PLUS软件模拟煤气化过程,并在该领域得到了越来越多的应用。因此,重点分析利用ASPEN PLUS建立煤气化模型的方法和原理,以期为今后研究提供方法性指导。

The traditional using of coal resource not only decreases the efficiency of the coal’s heat energy,but also immensely pollutes the environment.The coal gasification is the key technology for obtaining the clean and reasonable use of coal.Up to now,the ASPEN PLUS software is often developed to simulate the process of coal gasification,and gets more and more application in this field.Consequently,the basic method and principle based on ASPEN PLUS are studied,expected for providing the method guide in the future study.
