摘要
为了比较脱泥与不脱泥工艺脱介筛脱介效果的优劣,实验以西山煤电公司西曲选煤厂二系统中脱介筛为研究对象,通过对精煤、中煤、矸石进行1 mm湿法筛分,将-1 mm煤样破碎至0.5 mm,做磁选实验,测定煤样的带介量。结果表明:脱泥工艺中精煤、中煤、矸石带介量分别为0.06%、0.05%、0.01%,不脱泥工艺中精煤、中煤、矸石带介量分别为0.15%、0.13%、0.02%。脱泥工艺中产品带介量更少,脱介筛脱介效果更好。该实验研究为今后选煤厂的设计和改造等环节提供了很好的指导作用。
In order to compare the pros and cons of effect of removing medium of sculping screen between desliming and non-desliming technical,this experiment takes the sculping screen of two system in Xiqu Coal Preparation Plant which affiliated to the Xishan Coal and Electricity Company as research object,thought wet sieving the clean coal、middlings、gangue by sieve whose mesh is 1 mm,breaking the coal whose particle size is-1 mm to 0.5 mm,magnetic separating,we can messure the medium amount of coal sample.The result shows that the medium amounts of clean coal、middlings、gangue in desliming process are 0.06% 、0.05% 、0.01%,the medium amounts of clean coal、middlings、gangue in non-desliming process are 0.15% 、0.13% 、0.02%.The medium amounts of products in desliming process are more less,the effect of removing medium is more better.This experiment provides good guidance for the design and modification of coal preparation plant.
