介绍了煤用分级破碎机跨行业在石灰石矿山上的应用,满足了目前石灰石行业对石灰石成块率的需求。分析了煤用分级破碎机的结构、原理,并且对比分析了石灰石矿山上常用的颚式破碎机和环锤式破碎机的结构、原理。从破碎原理上阐述了分级破碎机的成块率比其他破碎机高的原因,并通过具体实践数据来证明分级破碎机成块率比颚式破碎机高。分析了分级破碎机作为最后的粒度把关设备所带来的经济和环境方面的效益,指出分级破碎机应该继续创新以适应更多行业的需求。
