Tubo Dynasty's Prime Minister System has experienced the single system and eventually implemented the course of multi-system.In combination with position and title,Tubo Dynasty use a multi-system with the chief minister.Free translation and transliteration were adopted with regard to Tang's counterparts.It is shown that the prime minister system,regardless of frame or operation,has been influenced by the multi-system.A far-reaching influence has been exerted on Tubo politics in the process of communication with Tang.
