摘要
藏族是我国古老的民族之一,在特殊的地理环境、气候条件下形成了自己独特的饮食习俗,并最终形成了与本民族文化相应的、丰富多彩的饮食文化。随着社会的发展与外界沟通频繁,藏民族的饮食习俗悄然地发生变化,这种变化也是一种文化变迁。
Tibetan is one of ancient ethnic groups in China.With a special geographical environment and climate conditions,their own unique diet custom was formed,and eventually the corresponding national,rich and colorful cuisine culture.With the development of society and the frequent outside communication,the Tibetan diet custom quietly changed,and the change is also a cultural change.
