基层员工组织公平感与沉默行为的关系研究

摘要 本研究探索了基层员工的组织公平感对沉默行为的影响及其作用机制。对285份调查数据的回归分析表明,基层员工的组织公平感与员工沉默行为显著负相关。本研究为员工沉默行为前因变量的研究提供了新的视角,而且进一步丰富组织公平感和基层员工沉默行为理论的研究。本文找到员工沉默的原因和影响因素,在管理实践中帮助员工打破沉默、积极地为组织献计献策。
