摘要
就目前高校大学生科技创新项目梯队建设中存在的主要问题进行深入分析,认为当前大学生科技创新人员梯队的3种模式中以教师、研究生和本科学生组合的第3种模式为最佳。以北京信息科技大学的探索为例,得出要创造出最佳的人员组合模式必须做到以下3点,即一要做到专业人才和非专业人才合理搭配;二要做到创新研究和学习求知活动的有机统一;三要做到专业知识高水平人员与一般成员的密切协作。
The main problems existing in personnel echelon constructing modes (PECM) of current college students' scientific and technological innovation projects (CSSTIP) are analyzed deeply. This paper argues that the third mode of teachers, graduates and undergraduates combination organically is the optimum way, which exits in the current three kinds of PECM in CSSTIP. Taking some research cases of CSSTIP in Beijing Information Science and Technology University as an example, this paper draws the conclusions that three prerequisites must be realized to create an optimum PECM. Firstly, the professionals and non professionals should be collaborated reasonably. Secondly, the innovative research and learning activities should be combined organically. Thirdly, advanced experts and common staff should be cooperated closely.
