工程训练中心平台在实施“卓越工程师计划”中的作用探析

面对高校在实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划"过程中遇到的2个难题:一是大多数企业参与校企合作的积极性不高,达成校企合作人才培养协议的难度较大;二是企业深度参与人才培养受到种种条件制约,导致校企合作较多地流于形式,被动应付,效果不佳,阐述了工程训练(实训)中心在推进实践教学、实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划"中发挥着重要作用,实现了转变思路和角色,深入挖掘了学校自身的潜力,承担起企业化实践教育基地的任务,为解决校企合作难题、顺利实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划"提供了一种有效、可行的补充途径。

Universities inevitably encounter two common problems in the process of the implementation of ＂Outstanding Engineers Plan. ＂ One is that the enthusiasm to participate in university-enterprise cooperation for the enterprises is not high, which makes the school-enterprise cooperation agreements more difficult to reach. Another is the low possibility for enterprises to involve deeply in school-enterprise cooperation, which results in the cooperation being formalistic and having little effect. Facing this dilemma, universities should fully be aware of the important value and practical significance of engineering training center in implementing the ＂Outstanding Engineers Plan. ＂ They need to tap the enormous potential of the engineering training center, change ideas and roles, undertake the action of enterprise practice education base. It will provide an effective and feasible complementary way to solve the dilemma in university-enterprise cooperation and carry out the ＂Outstanding Engineers Plan＂ without a hitch.
