离子色谱法测定鱼糜制品中多种磷酸盐

Determination of phosphates in surimi prodncts by ion chromatography

建立了离子色谱法测定鱼糜制品中磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐、三聚磷酸盐及偏磷酸盐的测定方法。样品经超声离心后以三氟乙酸为蛋白沉淀剂,再次离心后经MCX小柱净化,采用淋洗液自动发生装置在线产生不同浓度的KOH进行梯度洗脱。四种磷酸盐在0.5 mg/L-100 mg/L的浓度范围内线性关系良好。样品中目标物的加标回收率为80.5%-116.1%,RSD为1.1%-9.5%。该方法前处理简单,重现性好,能满足鱼糜制品中多种磷酸盐的测定。

A method for the determination of phosphate ,pyrophosphate,tripolyphosphate and metaphosphate in surimi products by ion chromatography was developed. The samples were prepared through ultrasonic extraction, centrifugation, deposition, purification before analysis. Different concentrations of KOH produced by an online auto generator could achieve a flat baseline and lower background. Good linear relationships of phosphates were found within 0.5 mg/L-100 mg/L. The recoveries of phosphates were between 80.5%-116.1%with RSD between 1.1%-9.5%. The method was suitable for the determination of phosphates in surimi with easy preparation and good reproducibility.
