摘要 目的 :介绍药物基因组学及其在临床制定药物治疗方案中的应用。方法 :依据有关文献分析、归纳、总结药物基因组学的发展、研究内容及与个体化给药的关系。结果 :药物基因组学研究基因的多态性与药物作用多样性之间的关系。结论 :药物基因组学为安全。 OBJECTIVE:To introduce pharmacogenomics and its applications in establishing clinical pharmacotherapeutic schemes.METHODS:Based on the analysis of the related literatures,the development and contents of pharmacogenomics and their relationship with individualized medication were summarized.RESULTS:Pharmacogenomics studies the association between gene polymorphisms and the variance of drug effects.CONCLUSION:Pharmacogenomics provides a theoretical basis for medication with safety,effectiveness and rationality.
