A Brief Analysis on Chinese People's Culture Missing and its Revival

文化的概念宽泛而复杂,可以泛指人们的生活方式、行为习惯、思维特征、价值取向、审美情趣和心理素质等等,并随时代的变迁而演进,是推动社会向前发展的动力。当下,人们生活水平大幅提高,而在文化建设、道德范畴等方面发展滞后,人与人之间多以经济为价值衡量标准,人与社会、人与自然的责任旁落,折射出我国社会发展中的文化缺失,值得国人反思并考问我们的教育制度和社会价值体系。

The concept of culture is broad and complex,which generally include people＇s lifestyle,behavior, thought pattern,value-orientation,aesthetic taste and psychology,etc. It evolves with the change of time,and it functions in turn as motivation for the development of society. At present,the living standard of Chinese people has been much improved,and yet the culture and moral construction is left far behind. Money is mostly seen as value standard,while the responsibilities of men to society and the Nature are overlooked,which mirrors the culture missing in our country＇s social development,and it is worth reflecting and questioning our education and social value.
