养老服务体系中的子女角色研究——以江苏省养老服务状况为例

Research on Adult-children's Role in the Old-age Service System:Taking the Pension Service in Jiangsu Province for Example

本文以"2010年江苏省养老服务状况调查"为基础,分析研究了养老服务体系中子女角色作用及其相互影响。其结果表明,大部分子女能够完成养老中的责任和义务。子女角色的实现,其重要作用在于经济的赡养和精神的慰藉,在经济情况相当时,精神慰藉需要高于对经济的需求;同时,老人对子女帮助越多,子女越趋向采取更多的行为回报老人,老人与子女的互动频率与养老满意程度呈正相关。

Based on ＂ the survey of pension service in Jiangsu Province in 2010 ＂,this paper analyzes adult-children＇s role and their mutual effect in the old-age service system. The results show that,most children can take their responsibility and obligation in the old-age service. Adult-children＇s role embodies as the economic support and spiritual comfort. In the same economic condition,the need for spiritual comfort for elderly people is higher than economy support. At the same time,more elderly people＇s aids to their children tends to receive more varied action returns from their children. The interaction frequency between the elderly and children is positively correlated with the satisfaction of pension.
