摘要
日本高等专门学校的德育,采用主情型德育模式教学,将学生的品德情感置于道德教育的首位。教师打破以往"传递—接受"的德育教学模式,以"向导"的角色,指引学生通过角色扮演、小品演出等"体验学习"方式,学会在德育过程中自我建构与探索,最终形成正确的职业道德观念。日本高等专门学校德育的教学模式提高了学生的职业道德素质,也造就了学生的高就业率。
In the higher technological academy in Japan,the moral teaching most values student's moral and emotion,which is an emotion-oriented model. Breaking the traditional teaching pattern of " transmission-acceptance",teachers,by guiding students in such " experiential learning" activity as role-playing and sketch performance,help students realize self-construction and self-exploration in moral education,and to form correct professional ethics. This teaching pattern on moral education improves Japan students' professional ethics quality and achieves the high level of employment among these graduates.
