对优化商会组织自身建设的调查与思考——以A省M市为个案

An Empirical Study on How to Optimize the self-construction within the Chamber of Commerce: Taking M City in A Province as an Example

商会是政企沟通不可或缺的桥梁和纽带。随着经济全球化程度的提高和政府职能的转变,商会的地位不断提升,外界对商会的期待也不断凸显,为此,新形势下加强商会组织建设已是当务之急。本文以A省M市商会组织建设为个案,通过M市商会组织建设的基本情况的调研,该市商会组织自身建设存在的问题,最后进一步分析加强商会组织自身建设的几点思考。通过该个案的分析,为商会组织的发展壮大提供一些可行的路径分析。

With the globalization and the change of government function,the Chamber of commerce,as an essential bridge between government and enterprise,plays a more important role and receives more expectation. Therefore,it is justified to strengthen the self-construction with the chamber of commerce. This paper reports an empirical study on the construction of chamber of commerce in M City of A Province. Through analyzing problems existed in current organization in chamber of commerce,this paper proposes some possible measures to strengthen the self-construction with the chamber of commerce.
