国内高校科研团队诚信缺失的应对策略

Measures Against the Lack of Honesty in Scientific Research Teams in Universities in China

如何规制国内高校科研团队诚信缺失行为,是科研领域迫切需要解决的问题。本文通过对科研不端行为规制路径进行探讨,提出了五个较为可行的对策:一是大力培育科研精神气质,使研究人员坚定科学信仰和理念;二是合理保障科研团队及其成员的物质条件支撑,使他们能静心研究;三是弘扬科研实践的社会责任担当精神,使科研团队成员提出真问题,探讨和解决真问题;四是全方位加强科研管理,严厉惩罚科研不端行为;五是系统强化科研训练,提升研究成果质量水平。

In the realm of scientific research, there is an urgent problem concerning how to regulate the dishonest action by scientific research teams in universities. Through exploring ways of regulating the dishonest actions in scientific research, we put forward five feasible measures to this issue. The first is to cultivate the scientific spiritual temperament to firm scientific beliefs of researchers. Secondly, it is necessary to provide scientific research teams and their members with adequate material conditions, so that they can focus on their research work. Thirdly, we must promote the sense of social responsibility in scientific research practice, so that the researchers explore and solve real problems in their work. Fourthly, it is important to enhance administration of scientific researches, and severely punish misconducts in scientific researches. And the fifth is to strengthen systematic research training so as to improve quality of scientific researches.
