摘要
用0号柴油与大豆毛油制生物柴油配成3种不同掺混比混合燃料,测定了混合燃料的兼容性、冷滤点、凝点、密度、十六烷指数、运动粘度、闪点等指标.实验结果表明:生物柴油与0号柴油具有良好的兼容性,其混合燃料的密度、闪点、运动粘度随生物柴油掺混比的增大而增大,而十六烷指数则减小;生物柴油的冷滤点偏高;掺混比小于或等于20%的混合燃料基本符合国家轻柴油标准.该理化特性分析对研究生物柴油燃料具有参考价值.
The 0#diesel was selected to mix with biodiesel made by rough soybean oil in three different proportions to form the mixed fuels. Their compatibility, density, flash point, viscosity, cetane index, solidifying point and cold filter plugging point were tested. The results indicated that: the mixed fuels compatibility is good; the density, flash point, viscosity rise with the increase of mixing proportion of biodiesel, while the cetane index decrease, the cold filter plugging point of biodiesel are slightly higher, when the ratio of biodiesel to light diesel is less than or equals to 20%, the mixed fuels meet national standard of light diesel. The physical and chemical properties analysis has a reference value on research the biodiesel.
