缺血性脑卒中早期神经功能恶化与血尿素氮/肌酐的相关性研究 被引量:4

A Correlation Study Between Blood Urea Nitrogen/Creatinine and Early Neurological Function Deterioration in Ischemic Stroke Patients

摘要 目的探讨血尿素氮/肌酐(BUN/Cr)与缺血性脑卒中患者早期神经功能恶化(END)的相关性。方法急性缺血性脑卒中患者92例,依据是否发生END分为非END组和END组,比较2组患者的临床资料和相关危险因素。结果 20例(21.7%)出现END(END组),72例(78.3%)症状稳定(非END组)。BUN/Cr>15在2组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。Logistic回归分析提示BUN/Cr>15与缺血性脑卒中患者发生END有良好的相关性(P=0.032)。结论 BUN/Cr>15与缺血性脑卒中患者发生END有相关性。 Objective To explore the correlation between BUN/Cr and early neurological deterioration ( END ) in ischemic stroke patients. Method 92 acute cerebral infarction patients were divided into the END group and the non-END group accordingly. Clinical data and relative risk factors were compared between the two groups. Result 20 cases (21.7%) worsened (END group) and 72 cases (78.3%) remained stable (non-END group). BUN/Cr 〉15 showed significant difference between the two groups (P=0.015). Logistic regression analysis shows that BUN/Cr〉15 has good correlation with END in ischemic stroke patients (P=0.032). Conclusion BUN/Cr〉15 has correlation with END in ischemic stroke patients.
