乳腺癌新辅助化疗的疗效与化疗前后TOPⅡ表达的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究乳腺癌新辅助化疗方案的疗效与化疗前后TOPⅡ表达的关系。方法选取2008年1月至2013年8月在我院就诊的乳腺癌患者146例,获取其病变组织,运用免疫组化法检测新辅助化疗前后TOPⅡ的表达,分析TOPⅡ的表达与新辅助化疗的关系。结果 TOPⅡ表达阳性患者其有效率高于表达TOPⅡ表达阴性患者(P<0.05);乳腺癌患者化疗前其TOPⅡ表达情况与化疗后的表达情况有统计学差异(P<0.05);TOPⅡ表达由阳性转阴性的患者其有效率最高,TOPⅡ表达由阴性转阳性患者其有效率最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TOPⅡ表达阳性患者新辅助化疗疗效好,化疗前后TOPⅡ表达由阳性转阴性患者其疗效最高,TOPⅡ可作为预测疗效的指标。 Objective To study the curative effect neoadjuvant chemotherapy and its correlation with the Expression of pre and post neoadjuvant chemotherapy TOPIIin breast cancer. Method 146 cases of patients with breast cancer were chosen in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2013. Their pathologic tissues were collected and immunohistochemistry was used to detect the TOPIIex-pression pre and post neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and then the curative effect and its relationship with the expression of TOPIIin neoad-juvant chemotherapy was analyzed. Results The effective rate of TOPIIexpression positive patients was higher than that of negative patients ( P〈0.05 ) , there was a significant difference in the expression of TOPIIpre and post neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer (P〈0.05). The effective rate in patients who&#39;s TOPIIexpression changed from positive to negative was the highest, and the ef-fective rate in patients who&#39;s TOPIIexpression changed from negative to positive was the lowest, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The curative effect in patients with positive TOPIIexpression was good, and what&#39; s more, the ef-fective rate in patients whose TOPIIexpression changed from positive to negative was the highest. Therefore, TOPIIcould be used as a prediction index of curative effect .
