摘要
目的探究与分析急诊护理中发生纠纷的原因与解决对策,旨在减少护患纠纷的发生率。方法将我院急诊护理纠纷的相关资料进行分类并汇总,并总结主要原因。结果患者情绪过于激动占93.42%,为首要原因。排在第2位的为患者对护理工作要求过高,占71.05%,排在第3位的为患者认为等待时间较长,占65.79%。结论由于急诊护理工作的特殊性,常在护理工作中出现护患纠纷等问题,要求相关护理人员能够主动提升护理防范意识,对于患者及其家属出现的过激行为可以借助法律的手段来保护院方的权益,从根本上避免发生护患纠纷。
Objective To analyze the causes and solutions of the nursing disputes in emergency so as to reduce the incidence of medical disputes. Methods The relevant information of nursing disputes in emergency department of our hospital were classified and summarized;and the main reasons were summarized. Results Patients with excessive excitement accounted for 93.42%, which was the primary reason;the high requirements of patients for nursing work was the second reason, which accounted for 71.05%, the long waiting time of patients proved to be the third reason, which accounted for 65.79%. Conclusion Due to the particularity of emergen-cy nursing work and the frequent occurrence of medical disputes in nursing work, the related nursing staff should take the initiative to promote nursing prevention awareness and use legal means to protect the rights and interests of the hospital for the aggressive behavior of patients and their family members, so as to avoid the occurrence of medical disputes fundamentally.
