孕三烯酮联合来曲唑治疗子宫内膜异位症

Clinical efficacy of progesterone combined with letrozole in the treatment of endometriosis

目的：探讨孕三烯酮联合来曲唑治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法2012年1月~2014年1月在本院接受子宫内膜异位症手术的患者420例,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者单纯采用孕三烯酮辅助治疗,实验组患者采用孕三烯酮联合来曲唑进行治疗,疗程为6个月。疗程结束后,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果实验组患者治疗6个月后的总有效率为88.1%,25例复发；对照组患者治疗6个月后的总有效率为59.0%,86例复发。结论孕三烯酮联合来曲唑治疗子宫内膜异位症效果明显,复发率低,临床应用价值大。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of progesterone combined with letrozole in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods From January 2012 to January 2014, 420 cases of patients in our hospital for endometriosis surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group only using gestrinone adjuvant therapy, experimental group gestrinone using letrozole treatment for six months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared. The results showed that the experimental group patients after total effective rate of 88.1%for 6 months, 25 cases of recurrence;Results The total effective rate of control group after 6 months was 59.0%, 86 cases of recurrence. Conclusion Gestrinone combined with letrozole endometriosis has obvious effect in the treatment of endometriosis with low recurrence rate, so it has high clinical application value.
