冠心病急性发作时临床如何用药治疗分析

Treatment analysis of clinical medicine in acute onset of coronary heart disease

目的：探究分析对于冠心病急性发作患者在临床上如何进行药物治疗及其效果。方法对本院2011~2013年收治的冠心病急性发作患者60例临床资料以回顾性的方法进行分析分，为实验组和对照组，两组各30例。归纳总结对该类患者进行药物治疗分析。结果本院对冠心病急性发作的患者主要使用以下药物进行治疗：硝酸甘油、心痛定、安定以及亚硝酸异戊酯。四种药物对冠心病急性发作患者均有显著疗效。结论对于冠心病急性发作患者，在临床上对于药物的选择需要谨慎，根据患者的实际情况使用药物，这样才能达到事半功倍的效果，且医生对药物本身的药性要有清楚的认识，避免因为误用药物导致出现严重的后果。

Objective To explore clinical medicine in acute onset of coronary heart disease and its clinical effect. Methods Clinical data of acute coronary heart disease from 2011 to 2013 in our hospital were analyzed in a retrospective way, summarized analysis of drug therapy in patients with the class. Results For patients with acute coronary heart disease mainly used the following drug treatment：nitroglycerin, nifedipine, stability, and nitrous acid isoamyl acetate. Four drugs all have remarkable curative effect in patients with acute coronary artery disease. Conclusion Choice of drugs in clinic for patients with acute coronary heart disease should be careful according to the actual situation of patients drug use so as to achieve twice the result with half the effort, and the doctor should understand the medicinal properties of the drug clearly to avoid serious consequences caused by misuse of drugs.
