Zn^(2+)对牛磺酸调节突触体氨基酸释放的影响

摘要 为探讨牛磺酸调节突触体氨基酸释放的机理 ,在悬浮突触体的 KRB液中 ,加入一定量的牛磺酸 (30μm ol/ L)和 /或 Zn2 + (30 0 μmol/ L) ,用高效液相测定一定时间内氨基酸的释放量 ,其结果显示 :Zn2 + 能有效拮抗 K+引发的牛磺酸对谷氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸的抑制作用 ,而天冬氨酸释放量进一步降低 ,说明 :牛磺酸对谷氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸调节有突触囊泡中的 Zn2 + 参与 ,同时也作用于神经末梢 ,调节天冬氨酸的释放。
