云南省预防控制母婴垂直传播艾滋病病毒的研究

PREVENTION OF HIV TRANSMISSION FROM MOTHER TO CHILD IN YUNNAN.

目的 :了解云南省 HIV母婴垂直传播的流行趋势 ,探讨如何减少或阻断 HIV母婴垂直传播 ,为预防和控制母婴垂直传播 HIV提供一些依据。方法 :对云南省 8年 HIV孕妇监测哨点中艾滋病病毒 (HIV)感染者检出情况进行调查分析。结果 :孕妇监测哨点中的艾滋病病毒 (HIV)感染者检出数均逐年增加。结论 :云南省艾滋病的母婴垂直传播问题日趋严重 ,应引起高度重视并加强防范 ,以达到减少或阻断 HIV母婴垂直传播。

Objective:To understand the epidemiological situation and prevention of HIV vertical transmission from mother to child in Yunnan,which can supply some scientific basis for the HIV/AIDS prevention.Methods:The situation of the HIV infection in pregnant woman sentinel surveillance in Yunnan from 1991 to 1998 was surveyed and analyzed.Results:The reported number of the HIV infection is increasing gradually in pregnant woman sentinel surveillance.Conclusion:The result showed that the HIV vertical transmission from mother to child in Yunnan has been serious.It is very important to strengthen and pay more attention to the HIV vertical transmission from mother to child and reduce or interdict the HIV vertical transmission from mother to child finally.
