摘要
利用位于绵羊不同染色体的9个微卫星标记对新疆紫泥泉国家二级种羊场中国美利奴(新疆军垦型)A品系、B品系绵羊基因组DNA的遗传多样性进行了检测。统计了中国美利奴(新疆军垦型)A品系、B品系绵羊在9个位点的平均杂合度(H)、有效等位基因数(E)、9个微卫星位点的等位基因频率多态信息含量(PIC)和位点平物多态信息含量(PIC)以及中国美利奴(新疆军垦型)A品系、B品系绵羊基因座频率的抽样估计等遗传指标。研究表明:9个微卫星位点在中国美利奴(新疆军垦型)A品系、B品系中均存在遗传多态性,其中5个与产毛性状相关的位点可作为区分A、B品系的依据(5个位点为BM6438、ILSTS004、BM143、BM6516、BM1824);通过分析各品系的遗传结构和特性,如等位基因频率等,对中国美利奴绵羊的选育提高有帮助。
The genetic diversity of genomic DNA of A strain and B strain Chinese Merino sheep (Xinjiang Junken Type) were detected with 9 microsatellite markers in different sheep Chromosomes.Polymorphism information content(PIC),heterozygosity(H),effective number of alleles(E),allele gene frequency (Pi) and sampling estimation of locus frequency of A and B strains of Chinese Merinosheep (Xinjiang Junken Type) were calculated.The results indicated 9 microsatellite loci of A strain,B strain Chinese Merinosheep(Xinjiang Junken Type)existed in both genetic polymorphisms,of which 5 related to wool traits can be used as the gist for distinguishing A strain and B strain(BM6438、ILSTS004、BM143、BM6516、BM1824) ; it was helpful for improving selection of Chinese Merino sheep to analyze genetic structures andfeatures of breeds such as allele gene frequency(Pi),etc.
