摘要
试验选用1日龄AA肉仔鸡240只,随机分为3个处理组,每个处理组4个重复,每个重复20只。三个处理组分别饮清水、乳酸杆菌菌液和产木聚糖酶乳酸菌菌液。通过测定肉仔鸡增重、采食量、料肉比、血液生化指标和免疫器官指数,研究产木聚糖酶乳酸杆菌对肉仔鸡生产性能及免疫功能的影响。结果表明,在试验前、后期通过饮水添加产木聚糖酶乳酸杆菌对肉仔鸡生产性能无显著影响(P>0.05),但可显著提高法氏囊指数(P<0.05)。添加产木聚糖酶乳酸杆菌对肉仔鸡可显著提高血清中球蛋白和葡糖糖水平(P<0.05),显著降低肉仔鸡生长前期血清中尿素、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平(P<0.05)。通过在饮水中添加产木聚糖酶乳酸杆菌可改善肉仔鸡机体免疫水平,但对肉仔鸡生产性能无显著影响。
240 one-day-old broilers were randomly divided into 3 treatments,with 4 replicates of 20 broilers in each.Three treatments were fed with clear water,bacterial solution of 1actobacillus and xylanase-producing lactobacillus.The effects of xylanase-producing lactobacillus on performance,blood biochemical indicator and immune organ index were investigated.The results showed that the treatment with xylanase-producing 1actobacillus had no impact on broiler performance (P>0.05).It could significantly improve the bursa of fabricius index by 11.6%(P<0.05),74%(P<0.05) and the level of globulin in serumby 12.4%(P<0.05),12.4%(P<0.05),as well as the level of glucose in serum by 39.6%(P< 0.05),29.9%(P<0.05) during starter and finisher stages,respectively.Beside,the concentrations of blood uric acid,triglycerides and total cholesterol were decreased markedly by 20.6%(P<0.05),19.7% (P<0.05),13.3%(P<0.05).It could be concluded that added xylanase-producing lactobacillus to drink ing water could improve gravth performance and immunity of broilers.
