近年来,国内外经贸形势的急剧变化使国际贸易人才培养模式面临严重挑战。文章在借鉴国内外经验并对往应届毕业生、用人单位等抽样调查的基础上,对我国新型国际经贸人才培养模式的新内涵和新要求进行探讨,并以长沙理工大学的专业培养方案为例,说明我国加快实施新"走出去"战略,能为普通理工院校的国际经济与贸易专业可持续发展提供契机,并提出依托理工科院校特色,构建国际商贸商务人才培养新模式的改革方案。

As the global economic situation has changed significantly in recent years, the cultivation mode for international trade talents encounters serious challenges. This article, based on the international lessons and the sampling survey of graduates and employing units, discusses these new connotations and requirements of this cultivation mode. It holds that the new strategy of ＂go global＂ may provide an opportunity for international economics and trade in universities of science and technology. Then taking Changsha University of Science and Technology as an example, it puts forward a constructive program to construct the new cultivation modes.
