摘要
姑息医学阿片类药物剂量及突破剂量指南是一个为寻找费用——疗效治疗剂量和剂量转换原则而不断努力的结果。它的设计是为建立节约费用，但不降低照护的质量和影响病人康强的临床意识。由于药物价格的持续上涨，戏剧性地影响姑息医疗服务及其医院开业预算的“底线”。针对这一状况，用降低药物价格的举措以缓解经费短缺，常常变成为行之有效的措施。
