摘要
目的 :电镜下观察不同时间、不同超剂量组 RU4 86对大鼠内分泌腺细胞亚显微结构影响 ,从形态学方面探索 RU4 86避孕机制。方法 :给大鼠灌服不同剂量 RU4 86,于不同时间取垂体、甲状腺、肾上腺 ,电镜制样、观察。结果 :实验各组垂体促性腺激素细胞、促肾上腺皮质激素细胞粗面内质网 ( RER)、线粒体 ( Mi)、高尔基体 ( Go)均减少 ,溶酶体 ( L y)略增多 ,分泌颗粒变化不明显 ;肾上腺糖皮质激素细胞 Ly增多增大 ,巨噬细胞中出现巨大残余体 ,随用药时间延长 ,上述三种细胞超微病理改变有加重趋势。垂体和肾上腺其它细胞、甲状腺细胞亚微结构均与对照组无明显差别。结论 :无论用药时间长短 ,剂量大小 ,RU4 86均可以影响促性腺激素细胞。
Objective:The effect on the ultrastructures of rats endocrine glands on cell by taking different overdosage RU 486 in different period of time was observed under the electron microscope,the mechanism of contraception studies from morphological alteration.Methods:The tissue from the hypophysis,thyroid,drenal glands was made into specimen and observed under the electron microscope after the various overdosage RU 486 was given intragastrically.Results:The rough endoplasmic reticulum(RER),Golgi complex(Go)and mitochondria(Mi) were decreased from the gonadotropic cells,corticotropic cells and fascicular zone cell of adrenal cortex,while the lysosome(Ly)increased in numbers,secretary granula increased only in earlier stage,later on decreased totally;The Ly in the fascicular zone cell of adrenal cortex increased in size,reticulum lamelliform bodies,myelin sheath bodies and vacuole were also present in the cells and cytoplasm,the pathological alteration become seriously with prolongation of the RU 486 treated time.Conclusion:The normal metabolism and secretary function of the gonadotropic,corticotropic cells and fascicular zone cell of adrenal cortex can be effected by taking different overdosage RU 486 .
