摘要
目的 :观察艾灸对小鼠移植性肿瘤 EL4淋巴瘤的抑制作用。方法 :采用肿瘤细胞株接种制作小鼠移植性肿瘤模型 ,“大椎”穴施以艾灸治疗。结果 :艾灸能延缓肿瘤结节的形成 ,肿瘤生长缓慢 ,瘤重抑制率达 4 1.0 8% ,生命延长率达 2 2 .62 %。结论
Objective:To observe the antilymphadenoma effect of moxibustion.Methods:EL 4 lymphadenoma solid tumor in mice were estabished,on the point of “Da zhui” treated by moxibustion to observe the antitumor effect.Results:The moxibustion therapy could hinder the grouth of the tumor with a tumor inhibition rate of 41.08%,heighten the survival rate and prolong the duration of life of the mice with prolongation rate of 22.62%.Conclusion:The moxibustion therapy has significant effect to antilymphadenoma.
