摘要
弹条扣件功能是将钢轨与下部结构联结并固定,使轨道形成可靠的整体结构。但是,弹条扣件功能的发挥需要通过紧固螺栓才能实现,因此,紧固螺栓的防松工作就显得十分重要。目前,主要使用的三种防松机构均存在不同程度的不足,为此研究一种防松效果良好、性能稳定的新型机构是十分必要的。简要介绍了防松效果良好、性能稳定的新型防松机构的技术研究过程。
Elastic fasteners link fixed rail and bottom structure, make the orbit to form reliable structure. Function of fasteners is by means of tighten bolts to achieved, so the bolts’ locking performance is very important. The main use of three kinds of locking structure have varying degrees of faults, so research a kind of structure With good locking performance, easy to maintain, no damage to fasteners is very necessary. This paper briefly introduces technology research process of a new locking structure with stable performance and good locking performance.
