摘要
针对在储水式电热水器测温中基于普通单片机和C语言的测试方法存在编程复杂、采集速度慢、精度偏低和无法在计算机中同步显示等问题,提出了基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件和PIC高速单片机技术的多路温度测量方法。该方法与其他测试方法相比,具有可靠性高、操作简单、精度高等优点,非常适合应用于储水式电热水器多路温度数据的采集和处理中。
Based on the presence of the test methods and general microcontroller C language in storage-type electric water heater temperature programming complexity, acquisition speed is slow, low accuracy and can not be simultaneously displayed on the computer and other issues, proposed based on LabVIEW Virtual Instrument Software and multiple high-speed temperature measurement method PIC microcontroller technology. This method compared with other test methods, with high reliability, simple operation, high precision, very suitable for collection and processing of water heaters multi-channel temperature data.
