摘要
针对电力企业一线班组员工工作缺乏有效的考核方法的情况,现提出了一种员工绩效量化系统的设计方法。将员工的日常工作量化、分类后导入Oracle数据库中,运用JSP动态网页服务器技术构建绩效量化系统。通过建立量化数据分析模型,对员工的工作过程进行跟踪分析,为电力企业的生产、计划、管理、培训和绩效等方面提供全面、客观的数据依据。该系统上线以来,班组成员的工作业绩、能力、态度三方面均得到了不同程度的提升。
Lack of power companies frontline staff team work and effective evaluation methods are proposed to quantify an employee performance system design methods. The quantification of the daily work of the staff, the classification into oracle database using JSP technology to build dynamic web server to quantify the performance of the system. Through the establishment of quantitative data analysis model for tracking employees work process analysis, to provide comprehensive, objective data basis for the aspects of the production, planning, management, training and performance of other power companies. Since the system is on-line, team members work performance, abilities, attitudes have got three different degrees of improvement.
