根据现代化信息手段和6S管理理念,结合企业生产装配过程中发现的实际问题,提出装配过程中一些问题的预防措施,以提高成套装配过程中的合格率,控制生产成本,避免重复拆装返修,确保生产进度和交货日期。
According to modern means of information and 6S management philosophy, combined with the actual production and assembly problems found during the proposed preventive measures some problems in the assembly process to improve the pass rate sets the assembly process, control production costs, avoid duplication of disassembly rework, to ensure that production schedule and delivery date.
