运营商的流量经营思路及策略

摘要 2013-12-04,工信部正式向三大运营商发布4G牌照,这引起了业内和公众对流量的极大关注。2014年始,中国移动通信领域的价格战悄然打响,为了应对挑战,以中国移动为首的电信运营商正积极推动战略转型,将传统的语音经营转向流量经营。4G技术的发展,对运营商而言,不仅意味着移动网络数据容量和传输速度的提升,更意味着单位流量的成本会大幅下降。今后运营商的主要经营策略将转向更丰富、更强大的网络流量经营。 2013-12-04, the Ministry officially released 4G licenses to three operators, which caused great concern to the industry and public traffic. Beginning in 2014, China’s mobile communications quietly started a price war in order to meet the challenge, led by China Mobile telecom operators are actively promoting the strategic transformation, turning the traditional voice operations flow from operating. Development of 4G technology for operators, means not only to enhance the mobile network data capacity and transfer speeds, but also means that the unit cost of the flow will decline. Future operator’s main business strategy will shift to a richer, more powerful network traffic operations.
