On the Application of Psychological Theory in Vocational Education Management

在当前的职业教育管理中,心理学理论的应用不仅仅提供了一种创新的教学方法和思路,同时也为我国的职业教学发展提供了动力。针对心理学在职业教育管理中的必要性进行分析,并结合心理学理论在职业高校教师管理活动中和在职业高校学生教育中的两种应用进行探讨。

In the current vocational education management, the application of psychological theory not only provides an innovative teaching methods and ideas, but also for the development of vocational education of our country provided the impetus. Psychology in the necessity to analyze the management of vocational education for, combined with psychological theory and management activities of teachers in vocational colleges and universities and two university students in vocational education were discussed.
