摘要
结合高职教育发展的趋势,根据《食品营养学》课程的特点,基于工作岗位任职要求,从课程定位、教学内容、教学方法、教学资源、考核方式等方面探讨了《食品营养学》课程改革的措施。实践表明,正确的课程定位,以工作任务为载体、项目为导向的教学模式,灵活多样的教学手段、教学方法,丰富的教学资源和多样化的考核方式,明显提高了教学效果。
According to the development of higher vocational education,the characteristics of“Food Nutrition”course,and work requirements,this paper discusses on curriculum reform measures of“Food Nutrition”about course orientation,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching resources,assessment methods and other aspects. Practice shows that:right orientation,task as the carrier and project oriented teaching mode,flexible and diverse teaching methods,rich teaching resources and the diversified evaluation methods can significantly improve the effect of teaching.
