摘要
针对我国煤矿安全生产的严峻形势,以数理统计为基础,借助Excel分析工具,统计、分析出煤矿事故的主要特征,指明了煤矿事故灾害的主体,得出瓦斯、顶板、水害等为煤矿事故主要类型的结论。在煤矿事故根源的探究上,应用系统安全工程学基本原理,绘制煤矿安全体系因果图,指出社会能源需求结构、煤层自然条件与开采条件、煤矿技术装备以及煤矿监察体系等要素为煤矿事故的主要诱因;并从完善煤矿安全生产体系、调整煤炭产业结构、加大科研投入等方面提出控制煤矿事故的科学策略。
In the face of critical situation of coal mine safety production, based on mathematical statistics, with the help of Excellanalysis tools,the main characteristics of the coal mine accident have been recorded and analyzed,the present paper points out main body of a coal mine accident hazards, and draws the conclu-sion that the main type of mine accidents contained such as gas,roof, water damage, etc;on the root of coal mines accidents, the basic principles of system safety engineering has been used to draw cause and effect dia-gram of coal mine safety system, the paper points out that,the demand structure of society energy, exploita-tion conditions and the natural conditions of coal seam, coal mine technology equipment, coal mine produc-tion and guarantee capability and capability of preventing from disaster, monitoring system of coal mine acci-dents etc , are the main incentives of coal mine accidents;from improving coal mine safety production sys-tem to adjusting the structure of coal industry, the science policy which could control coal mine accidents were put forward in several sides such as improving the safety system, adjusting the industrial structure of coal, increasing investment in research etc.
