摘要
本文在国家颁布的有关计算机软件开发规范的两个国家标准基础上，以探讨MIS系统设计阶段技术文档的实施方案为目的，从有关MIS系统设计阶段的具体任务入手，介绍了笔者近几年来在开发数据库管理信息系统（MIS）应用软件时所采用的有关编写系统设计阶段技术文档的一套表格和图表。
On the basis of the two National Standards of development of computer software，this paper，aimed at the programme of standardization of the technical files of MIS in designing period，introduced a set of diagrams and tables adopted by the writer on developing the applied software of the data base of MIS．
