藤黄总酸滴丸成型工艺探讨

摘要 目的:研究藤黄总酸滴丸制备工艺因素,确立最佳制备工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以滴丸的外观、丸重变异系数和溶散时限为综合质量评价指标,优选混合基质比、药物与基质比、滴制温度和滴速。结果:优选最佳滴制条件为:混合基质比PEG4000∶6000为1∶1,药物与基质比为1∶5,药液温度为80℃,滴速为(40±2)d/min。结论:优选出的滴制条件切实可行,成品率高。 Objective:To establish an optimum preparation process for Gambogic General Acids dropping pills.Methods:Orthogonal design was performed to choose the mixed-matrix ratio,the drug and matrix ratio,dropping temperature,and dropping speed as well as the appearance of dropping pills,resolving time and coefficient of variation of the pill weight as indexes,and to decide the best dropping conditions.Results:The optimum dropping conditions were as follows:the mixed-matrix ratio PEG4000:6000was 1:1;the drug and matrix ratio was 1:5;the temperature of drugs was80℃;the dropping speed was(40±2)d/min.Conclusion:The techniques are feasible with high productivity of the products.
