摘要
针对放射性核素治疗病房的特殊性,从病房环境的设置维护、医护人员的培训操作、病患及家属的护理教育等方面,探讨科学、规范的管理模式,保障医疗安全。
The radionuclide therapy ward is different from the other general ward because of its specificity.To guarantee the medical safety,the setting and safeguard of the ward,the training and operation of the medical workers,the nursing and education of the patients and their family members should be considered.From these aspects,we discussed the scientific and formal administration mode of the radionuclide therapy ward in this paper.
