湖南地区新行政中心设计策略研究——以湖南省常德市新行政中心设计方案为例

Research on Design Strategy of New Administrative Center in Hunan A Case Study of Design Proposal for New Changde Administrative Center in Hunan Province

随着城市化进程的加快很多城市面临着日益严峻的人地矛盾，很多城市都以扩大城市规模作为解决矛盾的途径。为缓解老城的压力促进新城的发展很多新行政中心应时而建，对于城市的发展和市民都具有重要的意义。本文以湖南省常德市新行政中心设计方案为例就新行政中心的设计策略进行初步研究。

Many cities encounter increasingly serious contradiction between man and land with the development of rapid urbanization, and many cities solve the contradiction by expanding the city size. In order to relieve the pressure of old city and promote the development of new city, many new administrative centers are established timely, which are of great significance for city development and the public. This thesis aims to perform preliminary research on the design strategy of new administrative center with the design proposal for New Changde Administrative Center in Hunan Province as a case.
