本文对预制异形柱小部品结构房屋体系的主要优点、结构设计原则、部品小型化的必要性、拆分设计的原则及其设计流程进行了详细介绍，并通过条件假定，利用电脑软件进行预制异形柱小部品结构的整体性验算，最后探讨了选择现浇节点和叠合楼板的必要性与可行性。

The main advantages of the system, structure design principle, product miniaturization of necessity, split design principles and design process were introduced in detail. By assuming, for precast columns small parts structural integrity checking by computer software, and finally discusses the feasibility of and the necessity of choosing cast-in-place joints and composite floor.
