门冬氨酸钾镁联合美托洛尔治疗心律失常临床疗效分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察门冬氨酸钾镁联合美托洛尔治疗心律失常的疗效和安全性。方法:选用200例心律失常患者,按照临床病种和心律失常类型随意平均分为2组:治疗组100例,采用门冬氨酸钾镁片联合美托洛尔治疗,门冬氨酸酸钾镁片2片1天3次,美托洛尔50~200mg/d,对照组100例,单独使用美托洛尔治疗。2组疗程均为1个月。结果:治疗组总有效率为92%,明显高于对照组(67%,P〈0.05)。不良反应发生率治疗组明显低于对照组。结论:门冬氨酸钾镁联合美托洛尔显著提高心律失常临床疗效,减轻病人心悸等症状,明显减少单独用药时不良反应的发生。 Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of using Potassium Magnesium Aspartate combining with Metoprolol in the treatment of arrhythmia. Methods:Patients diagnosed with arrhythmia (N = 500) were matched based on their clinical category and types, and then randomly assigned into two groups. In experimental group (N = 100), patients were treated with Potassium Magnesium Aspartate tablet ,. 2 tablet Tid ; Metoprolol 50 ~ 200mg per day. in the control group, patients were only treated with Metoprolol. Patients were evalu- ated after one month of treatment. Results:The efficacy of experimental group was 92%, which is significantly higher than control group (67%, P 〈 0.05 ). Side effects were found significantly less in experimental group than that in control group. Conclusion: Compared to u- sing Metoprolol only, using Potassium Magnesium Aspartate combining with Metoprolol in treatment of arrhythmia showed higher efficacy in clinical therapy, including relieving symptoms such as heat palpitations, as well as reduced incidence of side effects.
