影响子宫颈癌放射治疗的预后因素及复发再次放疗体会 被引量：2

摘要 放射治疗为宫颈癌的首选疗法，可应用于各期宫颈癌，放射范围包括子宫颈及受累的阴道、子宫体、宫旁组织及盆腔淋巴结。鳞状细胞癌高度敏感和腺细胞癌中度敏感，宫颈解剖特点和在盆腔的位置有利于腔内放射治疗1。
